The Role
- Executive Search Consultant Briefing call- gathering critical role information, identifying core competencies and clarifying client priorities. Briefing pack  calibration interview- deliver a target list, in-depth role description and recruitment strategy. Talent Mapping  Sourcing- ongoing creation of long-list of high-potential executives Candidate Selection via interviews, regular client meetings and targeted informal referencing Short-list presentation- ideally 5 qualified candidates and formal referencing Candidate selection- offer negotiation/ placement and onboarding assistance The Requirements
