Manufacturing IT/OT Support Technician – 6-Month Rolling Contract (On-Site, Worcester)

I'm looking for a Manufacturing IT/OT Support Technician to join a leading energy manufacturer. You’ll help keep critical production systems running smoothly and securely, working within an agile team. 🔧⚡

What you’ll do:

* Provide hands-on IT/OT support in a live manufacturing environment

* Support local and global manufacturing software solutions

* Assist with IT/OT project delivery and compliance (ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443)

* Maintain secure network connectivity and support OT asset management

* Act as a technical link between IT, OT, and business teams

* Support cybersecurity measures and secure onboarding of digital assets

What you’ll bring:

* Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field

* Tech support experience (manufacturing/OT a plus)

* Strong grounding in IT networking

* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

* Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks

Bonus skills:

 * 🌐 IIoT connectivity (OPC UA), AWS Connected Factory

 * ⚙️

Experience with OT hardware (PLCs, HMIs, sensors)
