About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Support Assistant or highly organised administrator to fulfill a crucial role in our support staff within our Private Client, with a focus on Wills, Trusts and Estates.

Based in our Worcester HQ Office and reporting to the Legal Support Manager, the Legal Support Assistant role objective is to provide in-depth business support to Partners and fee earners within the team, including the following responsibilities:

  • Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms.
  • Being a first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the team's needs where possible.
  • Supporting the file opening process for the team.
  • Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
  • Being the first point of contact for clients.
  • Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners.
About You

As a Legal Support Assistant you will have:

  • Sound knowledge of IT systems including full Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work, with confident typing abilities.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • Former experience within a legal/professional services environment would be desirable.
  • Experience in case management systems is preferable but not essential.
  • Existing knowledge in Private Client would be highly desirable.
  • Audio typing abilities would be advantageous.
