We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor / Senior Cleaner. We are a busy, well‑established manufacturing facility in the Worcester area, thriving and offering a stable place to work. If you are a reliable, motivated Cleaning Supervisor / Senior Cleaner, this could be just the job for you. This hands‑on role combines leadership with high cleaning standards, ensuring tasks are completed to specification, guiding two team members, and helping to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

• Oversee day‑to‑day cleaning operations across assigned areas
• Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard, leading by example
• Train, support, and motivate two cleaning staff
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Manage stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment
• Ensure all staff follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols

• Previous experience as a Senior Cleaner, Team Leader, or Cleaning Supervisor
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to lead a team confidently and calmly
• Good communication skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Commutable from Worcester, Whittington, Red Hill, Rushwick, Broadheath, Powick, Brickfields, Fernhill Heath, Hawford, Kempsey and Bransford.
