The role requires strong compliance with MOT procedures, effective time‑management to ensure all tests are completed on schedule, and the ability to handle small repairs and routine vehicle maintenance.

• Perform MOT tests on BMW and MINI vehicles in accordance with industry standards.
• Work independently and manage your own workload within the set timescales.
• Assist with light repairs and vehicle maintenance as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop environment and use PPE appropriately.

• Level 3, industry‑recognised qualification.
• Relevant MOT tester qualification.
• Experience in a fast‑fit garage, MOT centre or independent service centre (preferred).
