As Head of Product Portfolio & Technical Crop Service, you’ll lead a team of 11 experts across Europe, driving strategic product development and technical excellence. You’ll be the bridge between R&D, marketing, sales, and field performance ensuring the company’s seed offerings are not only scientifically sound but commercially successful.

This is a collaborative leadership role with a strong focus on:

• Strategic Portfolio Management – shaping the lifecycle of hybrid seed products.
• Technical Crop Service Leadership – ensuring agronomic support and field validation.
• Cross-functional Influence – aligning internal teams and external partners around a shared vision.
• Change Implementation – driving transformation and embedding innovation.

• A degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Marketing, or related field.
• Extensive experience in seed business leadership, product management, or agronomy.
• Proven success in strategic marketing and B2B environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and remote team dynamics.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel across Europe (20%).
