OnSite Central Limited is looking for an experienced HGV Jetting Operative to join our operational team in Worcester. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery of on‑site services while leading and supporting operational crews.

• Lead and deliver on‑site operations safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Review job packs, risk assessments and method statements prior to work
• Ensure all vehicles, equipment and PPE are compliant and fit for purpose
• Drive and take responsibility for company HGV vehicles (Class 1 or Class
  2)
• Carry out dynamic risk assessments and lead toolbox talks on site
• Supervise and allocate work to crews, driving productivity and quality
• Maintain clear communication with Supervisors, teams and customers
• Complete all job documentation, checklists and customer paperwork
• Take ownership of on‑site health & safety and report incidents promptly
• Support, train and mentor team members

• Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence with CPC
• Proven experience leading operational crews in a similar environment
• Strong health & safety knowledge and leadership mindset
• Ability to work flexibly, including days and nights
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and problem‑solving ability
