• Monitor, develop and implement SHE systems to ensure our standards, performance and compliance is of the highest order.
• Provide support and advice to the Region and represent Regional Management in discussions with employees and external organisations on safety, health & environmental (SHE) matters.
• Support the development of Health & Safety management capability within the Region by improving the skills and knowledge of Miller personnel.
• Report on Area Performance and, in conjunction with the Area Management, develop solutions for compliance and improvement.

• Experience working in a similar role within the House building sector.
• NEBOSH certification (or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret SH&E legislation and to convey it accurately to employees, contractors and their relevant parties.
• A natural leader possessing integrity, presence, drive, determination, natural enthusiasm.
