The Company:
Our client, Yamazaki Mazak is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading machine tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years. • Programming, setting and operating Mazak Integrex and QT machines.
• Producing a wide and varied range of highly toleranced parts used in the manufacture of Mazak CNC machines.
• Understanding Mazatrol CNC controls and being able to program, edit, or improve existing and new parts.
• Working within a team of fellow engineers to adhere to strict health and safety guidelines and rules.
• Playing a part in promoting positive culture among staff by engaging in H&S improvements and kaizen initiatives.

• Solid understanding of setting and operating CNC controlled lathes.
• Experience of safely using CNC controls.
• Can-do attitude.
• Prior experience working within a team in a busy manufacturing environment.

• Programming from drawing using Mazatrol CNC controls.
• Mechanical engineering apprenticeship/HNC, etc.

Shift: Night shift starting 10pm Saturday to Thursday 10:00pm : 6:00am.

Salary: £37,500 - £40,600 depending on experience.
