Customer Advisor – Checkouts
Part‑time – 15 or 16 hours per week (Permanent or Fixed‑term contract). Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:00am – 10:00pm. £12.71 per hour.
Location:
B&Q Worcester.
You’ll be an expert advisor, providing customer advice and driving sales, click & collect, display set‑up, and ensuring the store looks great. Training will be offered, but outstanding customer service at the till will be your main aim.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice to customers about home improvement projects.
- Drive sales and support click & collect processes.
- Set up and maintain displays to keep the store attractive.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at the tills.
- Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic about helping others.
- Interest or obsession with home improvement.
- Adaptable to new technology and new ways of working.
- Excellent teamwork skills and flexibility to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
