Location: Knightsbridge

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 2pm)

Competitive Salary: £18,000 OTE Year one £55k+

Travel Allowance: You will enjoy travel allowance (£2,500 PA) to support your daily commute and access to a pool car for viewings.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Landlords with eager Tenants, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.

Your main duties will include:

• Registering interest and arranging viewings:
  Be the catalyst in connecting potential tenants with their perfect property
• First-Class Customer Service:
  Delight Landlords and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations every step of the way
• Going the Extra Mile:
  Stand out by providing personalised attention and ensuring applicants needs are expertly managed
• Master of the Offer Process:
  Take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes
