An established and growing insurance provider is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Worcester. • Speaking with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Spotting opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and maximise value for both the customer and the business
• Building rapport and strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and retention
• Working towards achievable sales and service targets as part of a high-performing team
• Providing a friendly, professional, and customer-centred experience at all times

• Some experience in customer service, retail, telesales, or any customer-facing role
• A confident communicator with a positive, enthusiastic approach
• Ambitious and eager to grow within a sales environment
• Reliable, proactive, and motivated to achieve targets and learn on the job
• Someone who thrives in a supportive team and is keen to build a long-term career

• Salary up to £25,500 (depending on experience)
• Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9am–12pm)
• Full training provided – no previous insurance experience required
