Sales Executive

We are working with a leading UK house builder to recruit a results-driven Sales Executive. This is your chance to take full ownership of the home buying journey, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and hit ambitious sales targets. If you are motivated, confident, and love closing deals, this role is for you.

The Role
As Sales Executive, you will be the go-to person for customers from first enquiry to completion and beyond. You’ll drive sales, generate leads, and ensure every buyer feels supported throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing the full sales process, from initial enquiry to handover

* Acting as the key point of contact for customers, internal teams, and external partners

* Driving new business through proactive lead generation and follow-up

* Supporting marketing initiatives, pricing reviews, and promotional campaigns

* Conducting home demonstrations and ensuring customers are fully informed and confident

* Maintaining accurate records, meeting reporting deadlines, and complying with company policies

* Ensuring health and safety on site at all times

About You
This role is perfect for a commercially minded, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment.

You will have:

* Proven sales experience, ideally in residential property or a similar sector

* Exceptional customer service skills and a persuasive, confident approach

* Strong self-management and organisational skills

* CRM and office software proficiency

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

* Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
