• Represent a dynamic portfolio of advanced recycling solutions from roll-packers and compactors to next-generation food waste drying systems.
• Build strategic relationships, close six-figure deals, and smash ambitious revenue targets.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and leverage marketing, technical, and product expertise.

• Uncapped earning potential – generous commission + bonuses.

• Hybrid flexibility – majority remote with monthly office visits.

• 5+ years B2B sales experience in capital equipment (waste/recycling a plus).
• Proven track record of £1M+ annual revenue.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Based in or near the Southwest, with a clean driving licence.
