What You’ll Do- Own your region and uncover high demand, low competitor presence across hospitality, retail, distribution, and manufacturing sectors.
- Represent a dynamic portfolio of advanced recycling solutions from roll-packers and compactors to next-generation food waste drying systems.
- Build strategic relationships, close six-figure deals, and smash ambitious revenue targets.
- Collaborate with a supportive team and leverage marketing, technical, and product expertise.
- Uncapped earning potential – generous commission + bonuses.
- Innovation at the core: launch technology that reduces carbon footprints and offers fossil fuel alternatives.
- Hybrid flexibility – majority remote with monthly office visits.
- 5+ years B2B sales experience in capital equipment (waste/recycling a plus).
- Proven track record of £1M+ annual revenue.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Based in or near the Southwest, with a clean driving licence.
