We’re looking for a dual-skilled field service engineer
—someone who brings solid Electrical expertise and a second core skill such as mechanical or instrumentation.
This is a hands‑on role in our Kendal production team, where you’ll be working in a fast‑paced, modern environment maintaining and improving critical water assets. You’ll need to be confident across both disciplines, ready to tackle a wide range of maintenance tasks and contribute to continuous improvement across the site.
If you're already flexi-skilled and thrive on variety, challenge, and technical problem‑solving—this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
You’ll be responsible for delivering both proactive planned maintenance and responsive support across your area of expertise, helping us meet key compliance and environmental standards. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to both capital and operational projects—ensuring our assets are not just maintained, but continuously improved.
Here’s how we reward your skillset:
If you’re bringing one core skill to us (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation) you’ll start on a salary of £38,462, but if you’ve got two disciplines, you’ll earn £44,320.
One core skill—don’t go anywhere… we will support with the training. Our dedicated team of training professionals will provide a tailored development plan to help you build your skillset and get you seen.
