Position Overview

We are currently seeking a proactive Production Operative to join our client’s team, based at Lillyhall.

Position: Production/Manufacturing Operative

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am - 3:30 pm

Rate: Starting at £12.21 per hour, with potential for increase based on performance

• Operating machinery to produce high-quality products
• Monitoring production processes and ensuring efficiency
• Conducting quality checks on finished goods
• Assisting with routine maintenance tasks

• Previous experience in machine operation or production preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and adapt
