Customer Advisor

Part time – up to 20 hours per week. Permanent contract.

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 8:00am - 8:00pm. UK notional hourly rate: £12.71 per hour

Join our team and become an expert advisor and a guide. You’ll learn about every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint‑mixing and timber cutting, but great customer service will be your main aim.

Happy to help, eager to learn and just a little bit obsessed with home improvement. You’re friendly, outgoing, and energized by helping others. You’re willing to expand your skills using new technology and innovative ways of working. You’re great at working in a team and flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
