We are hiring a Temporary Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Bonmarché Workington store. It is a fast‑paced, supportive work environment with great opportunities for growth and development.

• Support the Store Manager:
  Assist in the day‑to‑day running of the store ensuring costs are contained within targets.
• Drive Sales:
  Help maximise store profitability by promoting sales and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Customer Service:
  Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Team Development:
  Manage, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and lead by example.
• Deputise for the Manager:
  Step in when required to ensure smooth store operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in management or supervision within a retail outlet. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
