We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and methodical Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Grounds Maintenance Department on a permanent basis from 2nd February 2026 at B&Q Distribution Warehouse in Worksop, S80 3AR
.

• Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general upkeep of landscaped areas
• Shrub bed maintenance, fertilising, and plant care
• Weed control and knapsack works
• Using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and efficiently when necessary
• Working alone to ensure sites remain clean, safe, and well-presented
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with timings to be agreed to suit the client, site and the successful candidate

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• A full UK driving licence (B+E entitlement is desirable but not essential)
• A PA1 and PA6A pesticide qualification is essential
• Skills, knowledge and/or training in horticulture (desirable but not essential)
• Skills, knowledge and/or certification in general landscaping tasks such as planting, turfing and installation of hard surfaces (desirable but not essential)
