Futures is excited to be partnering with a fast‑growing consumer business within the Food and Beverage industry. This business has been established for nearly 100 years, has strong relationships with retailers, and continues to grow.
Due to continued expansion and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to hire a Sales Support Coordinator to help drive performance.
Delivering products across a portfolio of B2B and B2C channels, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business and really be part of its continuous growth.
This is an exciting role to gain or further expand your sales experience, with exceptional training and development opportunities.
Responsibilities- Support the relationships across top‑tier customer accounts, across both B2B and B2C channels.
- Work alongside the Head of Sales to build new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement tailored account strategies to drive growth, optimise product distribution, and increase profitability.
- Take part in customer visits alongside the wider Sales team.
- Monitor sales and stocks to plan supply effectively.
- 1+ years experience within a sales role in the FMCG or Manufacturing sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long‑term, value‑driven partnerships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident working with data and proficient in tools such as Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
