We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital PR Director to join Fresh Egg and build our Digital PR offering from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership and the chance to shape the strategy, prove value and lay the foundations for a high-performing, profitable Digital PR function within a well-established agency.

This role is about doing two things brilliantly: creating impactful Digital PR programmes for our clients and leading Fresh Egg’s own Digital PR activity to strengthen our agency awareness and reputation in the market.

You’ll be our first, inhouse dedicated Digital PR specialist, working hands-on across strategy and delivery. For clients, you’ll plan and execute Digital PR campaigns that build authority, coverage and measurable impact. Alongside this, you’ll work closely with our internal marketing team to shape and deliver Fresh Egg’s own PR, developing thought leadership, securing coverage and helping position the agency as a digital leader.

While this role doesn’t come with an existing team to manage, it has scope to grow into line management as our Digital PR offering matures. • Building and delivering Fresh Egg’s Digital PR offering from the ground up, setting strong foundations, delivering a profitable digital PR function and shaping a clear roadmap for future success.
• Taking end-to-end ownership of Digital PR across both client work and Fresh Egg’s own agency PR.
• Creating and delivering high-impact Digital PR campaigns that quickly prove value through authority, coverage, reputation and organic performance.
• Working hands-on across insight, ideation, storytelling, outreach and optimisation.
• Partnering closely with content strategists, technical SEO consultants and client partners to deliver integrated, commercially-focused work.
• Leading Fresh Egg’s own Digital PR in collaboration with our marketing team, helping build our authority and reputation in the market.
• Building trusted, long-term relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Setting clear goals, KPIs and reporting that show what’s working, what’s been learnt and where to go next.
• Acting as the go-to Digital PR expert within the agency, shaping best practice and helping others understand the value of great PR.

• At least 7 years’ experience in Digital PR, ideally within an agency environment.
• A track record of building or evolving Digital PR approaches, campaigns or ways of working, not just running what already exists.
• Confidence and capability operating as a senior standalone specialist, with the ambition to help shape a future team.
• A great blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with no hesitation getting stuck in.
• Deep understanding of how Digital PR drives authority, reputation, organic performance and AI-driven search visibility.
• Excellent media relations skills, with the ability to craft strong stories, including data-led campaigns, and secure meaningful coverage.
• Commercial awareness, with experience demonstrating the value and impact of Digital PR activity.
• Clear, engaging communication skills, comfortable working with clients, senior stakeholders and internal teams.
• A collaborative, curious mindset that fits with Fresh Egg’s culture and values.
