The Role As Sales Coordinator, youll be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and supporting smooth operational workflow. This position requires more than data entryyoull need to understand the content youre handling, follow processes, and use your initiative while also collaborating with the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and process customer orders Use internal systems (ERP experience highly desirable) Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries Follow established processes and workflows Provide general administrative and coordination support
About You:
Strong computer literacy Experience in order entry that goes beyond basic data input Good work ethic and attention to detail Ability to quickly understand and follow processes Comfortable working independently but willing to ask questions ERP system experience beneficial but not essential Contract Details: 36 month contract Immediate start ideally before Christmas Christmas shutdown: midday Christmas Eve Monday 5th January 100% office based, at least for the first month with a possibility of hybrid working after this time This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, professional team and make an immediate impact.
