Job Vacancy:
Administrative Assistant – Wrexham
Parcel Sorting & Distribution Company
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Monday to Friday
Location:
Wrexham
Time: 6am-12pm
Key Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
Managing incoming calls and emails
Updating internal systems and databases
Supporting warehouse and operations teams with paperwork
Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with scheduling, documentation, and general office duties
Payroll duties
Requirements:
Previous admin or office experience preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
