Weareseekinganexperiencedandproactive Quantity Surveyortojoinourclientsteam .Thisroleofferstheopportunitytotakeownershipofcontractcostmanagement,workingacrossmultipleprojectswhilstcontributingtofinancialreporting,cashflowforecasting,andoverallcontractperformance.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparingandagreeingvaluationswithclientswhilstensuringtimelypayments Accuratelymeasuringandquantifyingmaterialsfromdrawings Allocatingjobcostsinlinewithcompanyprocedures Pricingcontractvariationsandmanagingsubcontractorpayments Issuing enquiries,comparing quotes,negotiating,andplacingcomprehensiveorders Assistingwithsupplychaincontrolandvisibilityofliabilities Contributingtomonthlyfinancialreportsandcashflowforecasting Liaisingwithestimating,design,purchasing,andcontractsteamstoidentifyandmitigatepotentialcostoverspends Supportingcostcontrolandreportingacrossindividualandmultiplecontracts Supervisingandtrainingassistantortrainee Quantity Surveyors Undertakinggeneraladministrativedutiesasrequired Knowledge&
Skills:
Confident communicator,capableofengagingwithalllevelswithinanorganisation Previousexperienceworkingforaspecialistsub-contractor essential Claddingknowledgepreferred Proactive,flexible,and deadline-driven approach
