Mott Mac Donald Bentley is a fully integrated design and build business combining the design expertise of Mott Mac Donald with the contracting experience of JN Bentley to deliver award‑winning projects. We have secured a new framework with Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water that will last up to eight years, enabling MMB to tackle projects across the DCC region covering clean and wastewater sites, below‑ground assets, reservoirs and nature‑based solutions.

Our presence in Wales has grown significantly, directly employing over 270 colleagues in the country across all roles.

• Work as part of a project triangle alongside a Site Manager and Quantity Surveyor to ensure technical, constructability and commercial aspects of delivery are considered throughout.
• Lead the design of treatment or infrastructure projects from initial outline to detailed design, through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate the multidisciplinary project team (civil, electrical, mechanical and process designers, BIM modelers and technical specialists) to ensure designs are completed on programme, within budget and to the quality defined by each framework and industry specifications.
• Undertake design in own discipline and mentor less experienced colleagues where appropriate.
• Build positive relationships with the client’s project, operational and technical assurance teams and promote a "one-team" approach.

• Accredited Degree in Engineering – Civil, Mechanical, Process or Electrical.
• Chartered or Incorporated Member of an Engineering Institution or demonstrable progress towards these goals.
• Experience in outline and detailed design of water or wastewater projects.
• Knowledge of the Designer or Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015.
