We are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join an organisation based on Wreham Industrial Estate. Working for an energetic, growing team, you will be responsible for:

• Processing financial transactions, ensuring they are accurate
• Managing daily banking transactions
• Processing intercompany transactions and transfers
• Account reconciliations and dealing with discrepancies
• Ensuring all financial transactions are accounted for correctly
• Providing admin support for any financial audits
• Assisting with preparation of financial accounts
• Ad hoc duties supporting the Finance Director

For this Accounts Assistant role, you must have:

• Experience in financial administration roles
• Decent knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work to tight deadlines
