Shift and Schedule

This is a shift‑based position consisting of 4 on / 4 off days, 8 am–7 pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and review microbiological testing of raw materials, in‑process samples, and final products.
  • Lead investigations into OOS/OOT results and support CAPA implementation.
  • Conduct environmental and utility monitoring in cleanroom and controlled environments.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure inspection‑readiness.
  • Provide training in microbiological techniques and support team development.
  • Drive process improvements and support validation and project work.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a similar role in a GMP‑regulated microbiology lab (pharma or biopharma).
  • Proficiency in environmental monitoring, bioburden testing, and microbial identification.
  • Degree in a relevant life sciences subject (Microbiology preferred).
  • Ability to work according to shift pattern (4 on/4 off days 8 am–7 pm).
