HR Advisor, Onsite, Wrexham £30,000-£40,000 My client is seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Advisor to join their fast-paced and dynamic team. This newly created role has been established due to the success and growth of the business, offering an exciting opportunity to work across multiple sites, supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement. This is a highly visible role with significant responsibility, requiring a hands-on, 'sleeves rolled up' approach.

Travel between sites is a key part of the role to ensure consistent HR support, strong relationships with employees and managers, and alignment of HR practices across locations.

Key Responsibilities Actively involved in end-to-end recruitment Develop recruitment strategies aligned to operational needs. Work to further improve and develop retention Build relationships with recruitment partners and agencies. Serve as the main HR contact for employees and managers. Experience:

Strong experience in recruitment, including high-volume and departmental hiring across multiple locations. CIPD Level 5 qualified or above. Skilled in onboarding, retention, and employee engagement strategies. Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environments.
