We’re seeking an experienced and proactive
** EHS Advisor
** to champion health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations. In this role, you’ll ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.

* Key responsibilities:

*** Provide expert advice on Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
* Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels.
* Monitor and report on EHS performance, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards.
* Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
* Collaborate with management and teams to promote a proactive safety culture.
** Knowledge, skills & experience:
*** Experience in an EHS advisory role on a manufacturing site, ideally pharmaceutical manufacturing
* NEBOSH certified
* Ability to communicate and influence across all levels
* Accountable, attentive to detail and a natural problem-solver
