We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the introduction of new products and ensure commercial readiness for existing products transitioning to new facilities. This role is critical in managing complex, cross‑functional projects that bring innovative medicines to patients efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end‑to‑end New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to commercial launch.
  • Develop and implement strategies for commercial readiness, including capacity planning and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and report progress to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise NPI processes and reduce costs.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Significant experience leading NPI and commercial readiness programmes.
  • Expertise in technology and facility transfer.
  • Ability to influence, drive momentum cross‑functionally and problem‑solve.
