FLT Operative

Great opportunity to work as a FLT Operative for our client, a professional yet friendly company who specialises in making and developing chilled meals for the top UK supermarkets, making over 3.7million chilled meals every week. Staffline is recruiting FLT Operatives in Wrexham . The rate of pay is:

- £12.43 per hour rising to £13.74 per hour for days - £14.81 per hour for nights This is a full-time role , and the hours of work are:

- 4 on 4 off, 6am to 6pm - 4 on 4 off, 6pm to 6am Your Time at Work The responsibilities of a FLT Operative, your duties will include:

-Supplying factory with ingredients and packaging Reach truck and Counterbalance FLT's - Using handheld scanners or RF guns - Reading labels and codes accurately - Spotting discrepancies (wrong item, damaged packaging) - Counting quantities correctly - Working with units, boxes, cases, pallets - Understanding pick lists, handheld scanner prompts - Following standard operating procedures - Working at a good pace without sacrificing accuracy.

- Physically fit as Bending, lifting, and reaching is required - Using correct lifting techniques.

- Following warehouse safety rules. Our Perfect Worker Our ideal FLT Operative:

- Able to work in cold stores, minus 5 degrees.

- Reliable - Hardworking - Trustworthy Reach / Counterbalance licence is required to undertake all tasks candidates with a current licence preferred, but training can be provided.
