Production Operator​/Yardperson

My NEW client based just outside of Wrexham is looking for a Production Operator/Yardperson to join their already busy team

• Material handling: Unloading, transporting, and storing materials safely.
• Order preparation: Assembling customer orders for collection or delivery.
• Customer service: Assisting customers with loading their vehicles and answering questions.
• Yard maintenance: Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and free of hazards, which can include operating recycling equipment like balers.

• Physical fitness: The role is often physically demanding, requiring lifting and manual labour.
• Teamwork: The ability to work as part of a team and take instructions is essential.
• Flexibility: Willingness to be flexible and assist with other duties as needed.
• Experience: Experience working in a similar yard environment or in a relevant trade is often preferred.
• Qualifications: Depending on the role, qualifications like a forklift licence or a full UK driving licence may be preferred or required.
• Attention to detail: Necessary for tasks like preparing orders accurately and maintaining safety standards.

This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

£12.21 per hour
