Preparing, grading, and trussing poultry products to specification
Positioning poultry correctly on the production line for further processing
Packing whole birds and retail products to quality and safety standards
Carrying out quality checks and handling offal where required

Completing hygiene duties including cleaning equipment and work areas
What you’ll bring to the table as a Food Production Operative

Previous experience in food production, poultry, meat processing, or FMCG environments
Ability to work safely with raw product and within a live bird environment
Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and GMP principles
Confidence following health and safety procedures in a fast-paced setting
Clear written and spoken English communication skills

Working hours:

Full-time with flexible shifts, including nights, based on requirements.
