• Preparing, grading, and trussing poultry products to specification
• Positioning poultry correctly on the production line for further processing
• Packing whole birds and retail products to quality and safety standards
• Carrying out quality checks and handling offal where required
• Supporting dispatch tasks including loading, unloading, and documentation
• Completing hygiene duties including cleaning equipment and work areas

• Previous experience in food production, poultry, meat processing, or FMCG environments
• Ability to work safely with raw product and within a live bird environment
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and GMP principles
• Confidence following health and safety procedures in a fast‑paced setting
• Clear written and spoken English communication skills

Working hours:

Full-time with flexible shifts, including nights, based on requirements.
