TEAM LEADER & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES – WREXHAM

UK LANDSCAPES LTD is looking for a Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative to start with the new season in March.

Salary: up to £40,000 per year
Region: Wrexham

Position Start: March

• Lead and manage a small maintenance team within Wrexham and surrounding areas.
• Plan and execute mobile round work across multiple commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools, colleges, parks and open spaces.
• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive work, ensuring high-quality service.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
• Handle vehicle checks and rectify any issues promptly.
• Use handheld power tools (petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.) safely and effectively.
• Coordinate pickup and drop‑off schedules for mobile operations.

• Experience managing a small team.
• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping background.
• Proficient with handheld power tools.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Full PPE, tools and equipment are supplied.
• Company van and mobile ipad provided.
• Permanent position available; other opportunities for the right candidate.
• £30k‑£40k + based on a 48‑hour per week annualised hours programme; overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
