Here’s what a typical day looks like for an Apprentice Sales Adviser:

• Serve customers, primarily at the till point, delivering excellent service and ensuring customers don’t miss out on Star Buys.
• Help ensure the store is well stocked and maintain a high level of store presentation.
• Be actively involved in achieving the store targets.
• Work with your Assessor and store team to improve communication, teamwork and organisational skills.

Your training will take place in store, with no college days. At the end of your training you will complete an end point assessment and, on successful completion, achieve a Retailer L2 Apprenticeship. During the Apprenticeship your Assessor and Store Manager will discuss progression opportunities, including roles such as sales advisor, team leader or other retail positions. Superdrug is committed to developing your skills and offering real career progression supported by in-house training and Apprenticeship qualifications.

• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passionate about retail and customer service
• Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided)
• Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change

• You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths
• You are not currently in any form of education and you are available for full time shifts
• You HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
• You are eligible to work in the UK
• You are brand new to retail

39 hours a week

Salary:
From £9.50 per hour
