• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of engineering projects to meet budget and quality targets
• Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Build strong client relationships and respond to feedback professionally
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project integration
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation across engineering processes
• Develop strategic plans aligned with company growth objectives
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience managing engineering teams and complex projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and standards
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental best practices
• Ability to travel outside of the UK as needed (2–3 trips per year)

• Experience in the oil and gas industry
