• Good IT and problem solving skills in the following areas:
  • Onsite router installations
  • Basic firewall installation
  • SSL VPN configuration
  • Acronis backup setups and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring alerts
  • Network switches
  • Server alerts
  • Monitoring deployment
  • Completion of IT solutions & project work
  • Network switches & firewalls
  • Office 365 migration & management
  • Sharepoint deployment
  • Public Wi‑Fi
  • UPS
  • NAS drive
  • Provide good, intelligent input within the team
  • Well‑organised and take responsibility for tasks
  • Excellent technical knowledge and structural approach to resolve IT issues
  • Full UK driving licence

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in servicing small and medium‑size businesses in an outsourced IT company.
• Experience logging time on tickets

• Setting up and supporting small and medium business networks
• Support PC & servers remotely and on‑site (Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows 2012, 2018, 2022)
• Installing business computers systems
• Office 365 maintenance, installation and migration
• Support customer applications
• Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019
• Setting up email accounts
• Managing DNS
• Administration of IP‑Phone systems .
