Perform wet finishing on precast concrete components to ensure finished surfaces meet required quality specifications.
Key duties- Carry out wet finishing processes on concrete surfaces.
- Inspect finished products for quality and dimensional/surface compliance.
- Identify defects and perform corrective actions to meet specifications.
- Report issues and collaborate with production supervisors to support smooth workflow.
- Maintain quality standards throughout industrial manufacturing.
- Experience with concrete finishing and surface quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect defects.
- Ability to follow technical specifications and quality requirements.
- Effective communication and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.
