As part of the land and new business team, you will support decisions on land, package and S106 purchases and influence how our new homes take shape.
ResponsibilitiesYou will collect and analyse customer, competitor and local market data, using tools such as Oxford Economics and Realyse to produce clear and actionable insight. You will review market activity including pricing, sales rates, house types, layouts and specification options, offering recommendations that support both customer needs and commercial performance. You will also design and deliver research to understand prospective buyers and track trends as developments progress.
The role will include preparing high‑quality reports, presenting findings to colleagues across sales, marketing and new business, and highlighting market hotspots and emerging opportunities including planning applications and emerging planning policy.
You will build strong internal and external relationships, working with lenders, local authorities, developers and partners to ensure our market knowledge remains current and robust.
Qualifications- Experience with in the housing market
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets and market research tools
- A degree in a relevant subject or significant related experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel
- Able to complete a basic DBS check
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of core hours

This role permanent and full time. You can be based from either of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury or Tewkesbury; regular travel required. Hybrid working is available.
