Customer Advisor - Trade Point

  • Part time – 22.5 hours per week
  • Permanent Contract
  • Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:00am – 10:00pm
  • Location: B&Q Yate
  • UK Notional hourly rate: £12.71 per hour

the job?

The heart of the Tradepoint counter, you’ll deal with all kinds of trade members every day. You’ll take ownership of your Trade Point members & get to know them & their business through great conversations, enabling you to recommend the right products and services for them.

What We Need
  • A great communicator and team worker with the ability to get on with all kinds of colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to adjust your approach in different situations, build relationships with customers, and spot new business opportunities.
  • Enthusiastic about helping trade members get great value for themselves and their clients through promotions and the trade loyalty scheme.
  • Willingness to continually develop skills through training and learning from others.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
