MSK Sonographer - South West of England

We are seeking experienced Sonographers to join our team on a flexible weekend basis, conducting MSK ultrasound scans for our client in South West of England

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MSK ultrasound scans within an NHS hospital setting, contributing to backlog reduction.
• Independently conduct and report ultrasound examinations, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
• Promote a patient-centred, multi-disciplinary approach to care in collaboration with the wider clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MSK ultrasound scans within an NHS hospital setting, contributing to backlog reduction.
• Independently conduct and report ultrasound examinations, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
• Promote a patient-centred, multi-disciplinary approach to care in collaboration with the wider clinical team.
• Deliver efficient and timely scanning services to support patient care pathways.

• Hold a postgraduate certificate or postgraduate diploma in medical or clinical ultrasound.
• Current and up to date state registration through a regulatory body (HCPC; NMC or GMC) or through the Register for Clinical Technologists.
• CASE Accreditation

• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience working in the NHS performing MSK scans independently.
• Able to demonstrate the ability to carry out and report on a full range of ultrasound examinations in MSK.
