Permanent, Full-Time, Free On-Site Parking. Are you an experienced Lead Practice Nurse looking to join a growing and supportive GP surgery? We are working with a well-established, family-oriented practice in the Bristol area that is seeking a Lead Practice Nurse to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a dual-role position, offering a balance between clinical responsibilities and dedicated management time.

The salary is negotiable depending on experience, starting from £23 per hour.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a local Practice Nurse who enjoys leadership and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a Primary Care setting. You will play a key role in supporting and managing a small, close-knit nursing team, while contributing to the ongoing development of clinical services. You will work alongside and report to the Practice Manager and GP Partners, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of patient care.

There is free on-site parking, and the surgery is easily accessible from both main cities in the surrounding area:
Bristol and Bath.

• Cytology
• Baby/Travel Immunisations
• Chronic Disease Management
• Clinical Leadership & Supervision of the Nursing Team
• Infection Control Lead
• Staff Rotas & Appraisals

A specialism in Chronic Disease Management or Women’s Health is preferred.
