Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant

Position Overview

Join Pandora’s team as a seasonal sales & operations assistant! The role requires working Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. This is a Fixed‑Term Contract of 6 months, ending 30/03/2026.

Hours:

8 hours per week, pay £12.60 per hour.

Location:

Yate.

From driving sales to ensuring smooth operations, you’ll be our brand ambassador who creates the magic. You’ll choose focus areas between sales and operations, with some crossover depending on daily needs.

• Front‑of‑house excellence: surpass sales targets with effective techniques.

• Prepare click‑and‑collect orders for our customers.
• Keep the flow smooth by managing deliveries, processing returns, and restocking shelves with fresh inventory.
• Add a creative touch by wrapping beautiful gifts, engraving jewellery and loading gift cards.

• Availability required on key trading days (weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day).
