About the Role

As a New Business Coordinator, you will ensure all new business proposals are completed accurately and in line with Bibby Leasing’s credit policy, supporting the sales team and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide highest standard of customer service to brokers and vendors, maintaining relationships.
  • Handle and process data in line with GDPR requirements and Bibby Leasing processes.
  • Understand and apply Bibby Credit Policy (training provided).
  • Support the Sales Team to focus on broker visits/meetings.
  • Ensure all data captured within the CMS is accurate.
  • Facilitate communication between all business areas, notably Sales Support & Pay Out teams, to promote a unified image and efficient cash‑flow and pipeline management.
  • Respond to general enquiries via email or phone.
  • Train new starters and cross‑skill colleagues, continually improving processes.
  • Acquire skills in document & pay‑out tasks, including raising documentation.

  • Analytical capabilities; proactively identify issues.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment under pressure.
