CNC Miller required to join a well‑established welding specialist company based in the Leeds area. The successful candidate must have a CNC milling background and preferably experience with Siemens or HAAS controls, or similar. The role requires the candidate to live within commutable distance of Leeds.
CNC Miller Job Overview- Program, set up and operate CNC mills.
- Collaborate with a team to improve existing processes and quality control.
- Produce low‑volume, high‑quality parts.
- Maintain production records to comply with health and safety procedures.
- Work independently or as part of a team, exercising initiative.
Job Requirements
- Experience with CNC milling.
- Experience operating Siemens or HAAS controls (advantageous).
- Understanding of engineering drawings and ability to work to tight tolerances.
- Strong communication and time‑management skills.
- Must live within commutable distance to Leeds area.
- Experience with Fanuc controls is advantageous.
- Full time – Permanent.
- Monday to Friday; days start 07:00 – 16:30 (Friday finish 11:00).
- Salary £15.50 – £16.50 per hour (DOE).
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.
