We are actively seeking a highly motivated Full‑Time Mental Health Registered Nurse with at least three (3) years of experience to join our team in Borden, Ontario. This role offers a Monday‑Friday day‑shift schedule (no nights, no weekends) and a unique opportunity to work with a rewarding patient population.

• Provide mental health services in a primary health‑care setting, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, care‑plan development and implementation.
• Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and life‑skills programming to clients in the clinic.
• Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions using CBT, DVT, or motivational interview techniques.
• Perform bio‑psychosocial assessments and manage medication from inpatient and outpatient perspectives.
• Provide counseling services and support clients with therapeutic interventions.

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) in Ontario.
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution with a certificate in Mental Health Nursing or certification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA).
• Active RN license issued by the provincial regulator.
• Certificate of Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers or equivalent (e.g., Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation).
• CPR/AED Level C with annual recertification.
