2026 Aerospace Product Support Engineering Graduate (Customer Support)

We’re offering a 2‑year Graduate Programme that gives you the opportunity to work on challenging projects with subject‑matter experts. You’ll receive a competitive starting salary, a £1,000 welcome bonus, and a £1,000 exit bonus upon successful completion. You may also be eligible for a Temporary Accommodation Allowance subject to specific criteria. You are expected to spend at least four days a week on site.

• Offer technical advice, maintenance solutions and work on product improvements across Repair Design, Tooling Design, Fault investigation and Project managing solutions.
• Work with world‑leading specialists to increase your technical skills.
• Develop your academic and practical understanding of the aerospace industry.

• Minimum 2.1 Bachelors or Masters in Aircraft Maintenance, Aircraft Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical disciplines or Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Engineering Management.

This role is subject to pre‑employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). Additional National Security Vetting (NSV) will apply, requiring eligibility for the Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
