What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 1 year experience as a Cabinet Maker, Bench Joiner, or similar woodworking role

* Confident use of woodworking tools and machinery

* Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship

* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications

* Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

* Knowledge of timber types, materials, and finishing techniques

* Reliable, hardworking, and deadline-focused

* Experience with bespoke or custom furniture is advantageous

* UK work authorisation required

Key Responsibilities

* Manufacture high-quality cabinets and furniture to detailed specifications

* Work with a range of timber types and materials

* Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and accurately

* Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists

* Assemble, finish, and quality-check completed items

* Carry out repairs or modifications to meet quality standards

* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop

* Work collaboratively as part of a skilled production team
