• You will manage cases from initial assessment to final hearing and enforcement, using your knowledge of litigation strategy to achieve fair, timely resolutions for clients.

• The appointed solicitor will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and technical development across the team.

• You will bring essential experience in using Case Management Systems and supervising or mentoring junior staff.

• Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, with proven experience in consumer contract disputes and professional negligence matters, handling fast, intermediate, and multi-track cases.
